Marketing & Brand Manager
Having a position on the group level of Norstat, I currently support the local teams in 12 European countries with their marketing efforts. My methodological and operational background from the previous years give me a profound understanding of the company’s processes and products. Therefore, I’m particularly responsible for the conceptualization, creation and promotion of valuable content, such as whitepapers, articles, presentations and brochures.
Interim Director Sales
Stepping in for an unfilled position, I temporarily led the German sales unit with ten team members and sales responsibility for our German, Austrian, Swiss and Italian markets.
Director Research & Development
My main resposibilities were the development of new methods and products for the German market, with a special focus on panel management and panelist engagement. In this position, I also contributed to several international projects on the group level of Norstat.
Manager R&D and Quality
As a Manager R&D and Quality, I was working at the interface between the market and our development team. Our main focus was on the development of user-friendly online questionnaires. I was responsible for conceptualizing new features and assessing their quality.
During this period, the company (previously ODC Services) was acquired by Norstat.
As a project manager, I helped our international clients to field their online surveys. My responsibilities included briefings, survey-scripting (questBack), sampling, data cleansing and reporting.
As a research assistant, I supported the team with statistical analysis in SPSS / Quantum. I was also responsible for scripting online surveys.
